Terms of Use

Preventio is operated by Fred ("Fred", trading as Preventio, "we", "us"). When you use the Service or purchase a subscription, you are contracting with Fred.

Preventio provides AI-assisted event security intelligence briefings, including threat assessments, OSINT reviews, crowd and VIP risk analysis, and operational security planning support (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Certain features (brief generation, saving, sharing) require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Briefings are analytical products generated for planning support only. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, official law-enforcement coordination, government intelligence products, licensed protective-security advice, or emergency services.

Verified-source items reflect third-party content retrieved at generation time; contextual analysis is model-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for verifying critical information and for all operational decisions.

You agree not to: misuse the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment or targeting of individuals; attempt to breach or probe the platform; scrape or bulk-extract content; misrepresent briefings as official government or law-enforcement products; or share report links publicly in a way that endangers individuals.

You retain ownership of the event information you submit. You grant us the rights needed to process it and generate briefings.

Shared report links are read-only and accessible to anyone holding the token. You are responsible for distributing them only to intended recipients. You may stop sharing by deleting the shared report.

The Preventio name, logo, report formats and platform design are our property. Briefings generated for you may be used internally within your organization; the underlying platform and templates remain ours.

Preventio is offered on a Free plan and on paid subscription plans (currently Analyst and Team, billed monthly or annually, plus Enterprise agreed on quote). Each plan includes a stated briefing quota; prices are shown on preventio.live before purchase and exclude taxes where applicable.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account or via the customer portal link in your order confirmation; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payment, billing, invoicing, currency, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at preventio.live/refund (30-day money-back guarantee).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees due, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable-use rules above.

On termination you lose access to the Service; you may export your saved briefings beforehand, and remaining data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and exclude liability for decisions taken on the basis of briefings, for indirect or consequential damages, and for interruptions of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
